Cancellation Policy: There is a strict cancellation policy with each reservation that matches the same policies on Airbnb and VRBO but without all of their fees. Did you know that you actually pay hundreds of dollars to these 3rd party sites and never even know!?!?! It's ridiculous. So we made this site just so that you can skip their higher prices and fees.

Refundable Damage Deposit of $600 will be submitted for refund within 7 days of checking out. Note that the final price does calculate the refundable damage deposit when checking out. We do not allow cancellations due to weather. Any excessive cleaning fees or damage to the inside or outside of the house or property are not refundable and will be taken from the damage deposit. These are the same policies as VRBO and AIRBNB.

 

The total amount will automatically add the $600 refundable damage deposit when making this reservation so it may look higher at first but remember that the deposit is refundable and will be returned within 7 days of checking out.
